What we collect

When you ask for a quote, chat with us or become a customer, we collect your name, address, phone number, email address and details about the work you'd like done.

Why we use it

We use it to give you a price, carry out and arrange your cleaning, send you reminders and invoices, and take payment. We don't sell your information or use it for anything unrelated.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe and Direct Debits by GoCardless. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're a customer and for as long as we need to afterwards for our accounts and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@premierexteriorclean.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
