Why are the windows left wet?
That's how pure water cleaning works. Purified water has nothing left in it, so it dries naturally to a clear finish without smears or spots. We'd recommend leaving the windows to dry rather than wiping them.
Your first clean
If your windows haven't been cleaned for a while, dirt can work its way out of the frames and seals as they dry, and old water marks sometimes only show once the glass is clean. Don't worry: they improve with every visit after that.

Questions about window cleaning
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as every window can be reached from the outside, simply leave the side gate unlocked and we'll let you know once we're done. We never carry equipment through your home, so we do need outside access to the back.
How much does it cost?
Regular window cleaning starts from £20 and depends on the size of your home and how often you'd like us to visit. Our instant quote form gives you your exact price in about 60 seconds.
Do you clean in the rain?
Yes. Light rain doesn't affect pure water cleaning. If the weather ever makes it unsafe, we'll rearrange and let you know.
I have a dog. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We simply ask that dogs are kept inside while we clean, and that the garden is clear of dog mess before each visit.
Do you clean inside windows?
We can, as a separate service. Ask us or Ella, our assistant, for a price.
